This E-shop Purchase Information governs purchases made through the Vilebrequin e-store U.S. website.
Purchasing
E-shop purchases placed on this website may be made for delivery to addresses within the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska. We are unable to deliver on-line purchases to addresses outside of these areas at this time, but invite our clients to visit a Vilebrequin boutique. Please visit our corporate website at www.vilebrequin.com for a listing of global locations.
Product Availability
Vilebrequin products available for purchase on-line are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we ship and/or fullfill an order for less quantities than initially ordered. We willcontact you if we are unable to fill your order in full.
Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure accurate pricing on our e-shop, it is possible that errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or canceling the initial order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the original order.
All prices listed on the Vilebrequin s-store are noted in U.S. dollars.
We accept the following forms of payment for e-store purchases:

- Mastercard
- American Express
The full total of your e-shop order will be charged to your submitted credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed stock availability. We do not store your credit card information for future purchases.
Sales Tax
Vilebrequin charges taxes in states where we have a store. We currently have stores in the following states: CA, FL, MA, NV, and NY.
Your final total shown on-line should reflect the accurate tax calculation. Please note that the appropriate tax will be charged on both your purchase and your shipping cost if applicable.
Shipping
We ship only to Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
Shipping Methods and Fees
All purchases are shipped via Fedex.
- Ground $12 - Currently Complimentary (Continental U.S. only)
Air service options are the following:
- Next Day $35
- Second-day $24
Alaska & Hawaii - air shipping only - $45
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. Fedex next day, second-day, ground).
All orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 2 PM (EST)will begin processing that day and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Vilebrequin cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays.
Free Fedex Ground shipping is currently being offered on all orders to destinations in the continental U.S. This offer will only be applicable to purchases made on the Vilebrequin online store website, and is non-transferable.
For security reasons, Vilebrequin e-shop deliveries may require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through Fedex.
Tracking
To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain a tracking number for each delivery. Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS TO OUR ONLINE STORE
Vilebrequin e-store now accepts returns for credit back to the original form of payment for the original charges minus return shipping fees. Items for return must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If your return arrives after the 30 days of the original order date, your return will be shipped back to your original shipping address.
Vilebrequin will accept merchandise only if it is in the original condition, unworn, with original tags and receipt (or gift receipt), and accompanying accessories such as the water wallet and travel pouch, if applicable. For any items returned that are not in this condition, the return will be denied and the merchandise will be returned to you.
We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. If you have a concern regarding an issue with the condition of your purchase, please contact us at contact@ vilebrequin.com for further information.
Please use the enclosed shipping document and shipping label when making a return. The return Fedex shipping charges will be deducted from your original payment and the credit card refund will be processed to your account.

If you choose not to use the enclosed Fedex shipping label, we recommend that you send insured with tracking capabilities as Vilebrequin will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled
If you would like to make an online exchange, please return the original item for refund, log into your account and place a new order for the preferred item.
EXCHANGES IN OUR RETAIL STORES
On-line purchases may be exchanged in person at U.S. Vilebrequin stores but not exchanged at Vilebrequin outlet stores or at Vilebrequin shop-in-shops in department stores or independent retailers.
If you would like to exchange an online purchase for a different size or print please visit one of our Vilebrequin stores to see availability of merchandise. You can find the list of our stores in the section “Store Locator” on the main menu bar.
Vilebrequin will accept merchandise only if it is in the original condition, unworn, with original tags and receipt (or gift receipt), and accompanying accessories such as the water wallet and travel pouch, if applicable.
Returns/Refunds CANNOT be made at Vilebrequin retail stores. If you would prefer a refund, you must follow the directions for returning your purchase to our e-store using the enclosed documentation and shipping label.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Vilebrequin's sole discretion.
Gift-Boxing
Products purchased from Vilebrequin on-line arrive suitable for gift giving. Products are tissue wrapped and enclosed in a signature Vilebrequin gift box.
