Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered from Vilebrequinonlinestore.com does not meet your expectations, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, online credit, or store credit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an online purchase for a different size or print please contact one of Vilebrequin store close to your location. You can find the list of our store in the section “Store Locations” on the main Menu. One member of our staff will ask you to ship the unwanted item(s) and accessories with a copy of your original order to the store that you called. Please indicate on the original order which item(s) you are exchanging and for what size or print in return. Your request will be processed and on it’s way to you within 72 hours upon receipt of your return. You will be contacted by a member of our staff at the time of processing if additional charges must be added to your order due to a difference in price or return shipping charge.
Online Store Credit
If you would like to return your online purchase for an online store credit, which may only be redeemed at the Vilebrequin online store, please log on your account and click on the section Return at the top of the page. In this section you will be asked to:
1) select the order which contains the unwanted item(s)
2) choose which item(s) you want to return
3) confirm that you want to return these items
4) print the return form displayed on the screen (you will receive a copy by email)
5) ship the unwanted item(s), the return form and a copy of your original order to:
An online store credit will be made available to you on your Vilebrequin account within 72 hours upon receipt of your return. Online store credits may be used towards future Vilebrequin online purchases within 6 months of issuance.
Store Credit
If you would like to return an online purchase for store credit, which may only be redeemed at a Vilebrequin store, please contact one of Vilebrequin store close to your location. One member of our staff will ask you to ship the unwanted item(s) and accessories with a copy of your original order to the store that you called. Please indicate on the original order which item(s) you are returning for store credit. Store credits may be used at any one of our signature stores across the country within 6 months of issuance.

Upon receipt of your return all merchandise is visually inspected for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any exchanges or credits. “New and unused condition” means that there are no marks, or blemishes, the original tags are still attached, the item must not have been altered in any way and must be accompanied by its original accessories. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt at 1-888- 458-0051. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at 1-888- 458-0051.
