Where can I ship my order?
We ship in the continental United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska.
Processing and Shipping Times
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when
the item leaves the warehouse. Order submited before noon will be shipped the same day. Order submitted
after noon will be shipped the next day.
Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at
your door. See shipping options below.
Shipping Options
We offer three shipping options : FedEx Ground (3 to
7 business days), FedEx Second Day Air (2 business days) and FedEx Next Day Air
(1 business day).
Shipping and handling rates
Ground : $12
Second Day Air : $24
Next Day Air : $35
There is a $12 additional charge for Saturday delivery
There is a $10 additional charge for Alaska or Hawaii ( Ground shipping not available )
Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and on the following dates:
New Year's Day, Monday January 1th
Martin L. King Day, January 15th
Presidents' Day, Monday February 19th
Memorial Day, Monday May 28th
Independance Day, Wednesday July 4th
Labor Day Monday, September 3rd
Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 22nd
Christmas Day, Tuesday 25th
Therefore, orders placed on these dates may be slightly delayed.
Shipping to a Different Address
During checkout or by login to your online store account, you can add new
addresses to your account, so each time you check out you can choose from these
stored addresses.
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your
credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit
card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list
the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number
on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on
your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process
your order more quickly.

After you place an order with vilebrequinonlinestore.com, we will email you to confirm your order and again at the time of shipping. Please save these emails for your records.
